The location is amazing, just a short walk from the ski lift, and the rooms are spacious, making it a great place for a ski vacation.

The location is excellent, right in the center of Zell-am-See. Couldn't find a hotel in Zell-am-See located better than this one. Spa includes 2 finnish saunas, 1 steam bath and Jaccuzzi and is free of charge. Breakfast is okay. Distance between the hotel and the ski lift is only 3 minutes by feet. The hotel stuff is friendly.

friendly and helpful staff with very good English, excellent central position in the lovely town and close to bus and train stations,and we were unexpectedly given an apartment which was spacious, immaculate and very clean.
the breakfasts were very basic, repetitive and unappetising, and the one dinner we had in the hotel was OK but there were much better restaurants with similar prices in the town. Access to the apartment building was through a smoky bar which was'nt very convenient, and street noise at night was sometimes a nuisance but this was offset by the convenient position of the hotel. There did'nt seem to be a lift in the apartment building and this would have been helpful for getting heavy suitcases up and down to the second floor.

The staff of Hotel Feinschmeck is very friendly and rooms are very comfortable. The wellness area is luxurious and I spent there for two hours enjoying and relaxing.
